The check-in took over 30 minutes while staff prioritized other guests!!! The room felt standard and lacked uniqueness!!! Bar prices were steep compared to local options!!! Cleanliness was disappointing, especially in the bathroom!!!

Amazing views in Kandy! 🌄

The views from our lake view room were flipping incredible, man! The rooftop bar was a jol with its stunning scenery while we enjoyed drinks. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us out, really made us feel at home!
